  • I just hired Regal Glass to replace a glass window that was broken out... read more I just hired Regal Glass to replace a glass window that was broken out of my child care center on 6/26/18. They were not the first company I called but they were willing to come the same day, which was important to me because I have children who could potentially be hurt with a cracked window. After reading the 1 star review, it did not bother me that the person misunderstood the pricing. I was sure to ask on the phone what the exact cost would be and if there were to be added costs, what type of problem would there be to make the cost go up? The person, Nelly, was very professional and honest. The workers showed up just as promised. They were not able to replace the window that day because the tech said we had a tinted glass and his glass was not tinted. He was still willing to do the job, but i wanted it to match my other windows. So i had to sign a contact since it was a tinted glass that had to be cut to my size, and they came back the very next morning and replaced the window with the exact same tinted glass. I was very happy! Thank you Regal for being so prompt! KID CITY USA :)

Once paid, you are no longer a priority with them, and they no longer have any time for you. DO NOT USE Regal Glass and Mirror! Run away from this company! They are rip off after the sale is complete. There is no Customer Service with Regal Glass and Mirror! Run away from this company!

  • They might provide a great product with great service, but I never got... read more They might provide a great product with great service, but I never got that far due to poor phone etiquette. I spoke with Darryl about replacing a top and being my first convertible had a lot of questions. First few minutes were fine, but he was very distracted dealing with other things while on the phone with me where I asked him if we should talk later. He said no. I asked him a few more questions about his business and he got offended as if I was questioning his ability (which I was not)... then I asked him if he could just answer my questions as I wanted to be comfortable with his shop. I thought businesses were supposed to earn business and customer trust by answering questions...does he think I was going to just show up and give him the keys without asking questions? What happened to the "customer" always being right? Or what happened to just being courteous on the phone? Maybe Darryl's business is doing so good (hope he is in this economy) that he can afford to lose one customer and people I WOULD HAVE recommended to him because he was too arrogant when I clearly don't know anything about convertibles and just wanted information about the product and his company. Maybe Darryl was just having a bad day and took it out on me... just cost you $1500 Darryl. Have a nice Thanksgiving!
