This last visit has left us not wanting to return. Communication used to be good here but there were at least 4 times Pablo said he'd get back to us and it never happened. We also ended up being given a wrong part number to order and now we can’t return it costing us $270. Your shop says Ford gave them the wrong part number but they don’t know who they talked to and no one wants to take responsibility.
A couple of months after getting my right front bearing replaced, I br... read more A couple of months after getting my right front bearing replaced, I brought my car back because of a noise in the same wheel during stopping. The tech must have seen that I replaced the brakes myself and diagnosed a warped rotor. Charged $60. Well, I was about ready to replace the rotor again when it just stopped making noise. Can't say what it was (Aftermarket pads to tight and had to wear in? Center nut torqued too tight?), but it wasn't the rotor. Those just don't get better on their own. Oh, and no one bothered to call me when my car was done.
My BMW was put, putting. I took it to high tech and they explained to ... read more My BMW was put, putting. I took it to high tech and they explained to me that I needed sparks and coils. I have 90000 miles, coils normally do not have to be changed until a 140,000 miles. My first concern. I picked up my car the next day. I drove all the way to Titusville 2 and a 1/2 hours. And then I took my mom to a hospital an hour away. I couldn't figure out why my hood looked crooked. When I got home from the hospital, my brother in law opened the hood for me so we could figure out why it was not closing properly. We found 4 coils that were sitting on the passenger side Under the hood. I left the email for high-tech. They called and said pretty much. We did our job except we made a boo boo. Well, there's 4 coils. Where are the other 2 and my car's still Not right. I'll pray one of those coils didn't fall down to the engine. The transmission or whatever is below the passenger side under the hood. I used to love high tech, Ever since Joe sold it, the prices have increased. And I don't feel like i'm getting a good deal. I'm sorry but that's just how I feel. They gave me no sympathy they gave me no discount. They gave me nothing but oh well.
