My Ram megacab was in desperate need of a good cleaning and judging by all of the positive feedback I gave him a call. Let's just say he went above and beyond and his attention to detail was on point. Not only did he take on a huge truck on the hottest day of the summer but he did it with a 1 day notice. They took there time paying for repairs and as a result the shop held my wife's car generally for ransom. I learned legally they can't do that and the payment issue was between the shop and the insurance company. Luckily I had a paid rental car so I wasn't pressed. Still I'm disabled and the stress exasperated my illness. Now , the initial repair also was substandard as the bumper popped out when I pushed on it and the hatch sheet metal collapsed in from damage. These two things were serious problems and I had to leave car for another week to repair correctly. However, the final end result was solid. The paint was spot on and the car looks great. 3 stars is generous.
