I found this place through Google and it's the best call I have made in a long time! My daughter had her first accident on her way back to school over an hour away from home in the rain on a late Monday afternoon. I called Greg's to let them know I was having her car towed there and left a message. Joy called me back within minutes and was extremely helpful in taking care of everything. The customer service and attention I received was beyond what I expected.I would recommend this shop to anyone.

results!  Office staff I found to be charming, knowledgeable, and 
offered great assistance.  Service Dept. supplied upright professional, great expertise, sincerity, and turn around was as stated.  During my research only one name was mentioned by family, friends, and colleagues "Greg's Auto Repair".  Having now experienced their workmanship I understand why, and I also highly recommend Greg's Auto Body Repair!  I am totally and completely satisfied with, and grateful to, Tom and staff.
