It ended up being $500 for a battery replacement and one terminal. I understand the battery is $250 maybe but 129 for labor on a 15-20 minute activity seemed steep, especially since advanced ( and other retailers) would have put the battery in for free. And terminal replacement work is usually 25-50$

This last visit has left us not wanting to return. Communication used to be good here but there were at least 4 times Pablo said he'd get back to us and it never happened. We also ended up being given a wrong part number to order and now we can’t return it costing us $270. Your shop says Ford gave them the wrong part number but they don’t know who they talked to and no one wants to take responsibility.

They charge my 90-year-old mother over $500 for a battery and installation. They did give me nearly a $200 refund when I went in complaining about it. Frankly, $330 is still far too much for a battery and installation. I can accept $225 for the battery but $100 to install it?? That’s insanity. I was told that The paperwork even stated there was a problem with the wheel bearings claiming that my mother heard it. So not true. My family and I have been going to this place since it opened. We’ve all been for our last time. They’ve overcharged every single one of us in the past year since this new owner bought it.
