When I sent my husband to pick it up he was told they don't have it and they didnt know where it went. I then had to leave work to go figure out what was going on and Leo told me.he dosent have to tell me that they sent my hood to get painted. Fast forward my hood now has a fresh paint job they then wrapped the hood I go to pick it up today and its covered in bubbles and scrached everywhere. It's also lifting on all the edges and it's pushed through on all the corners. When I pointed these things out I was told it was dye to the paint job which dosent make sense since it's was freshly painted and beautiful with no Knicks or scratches. U can clearly tell its from them not properly cleaning it before laying the wrap that caused the bubbles and bumps.

It did not, and when I stated to owner and son I wasn't satisfied with job provide. Owner said Oh well. You should have ask for 5%. I paid $120.00 never again. Customer satisfaction produce repeat customer and new customers.

I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. They were pretty quick with my car, and even gave me a ride home. Diana Spirelli
