Ralph has serviced my boat three maybe four times over the past 5 years.  The only good thing I can say is his prices are fair.  After that, he is a miserable human being and very difficult to work with.  He truly treats his customers as if they should be lucky to have him as their mechanic (remember the "Soup Nazi"?), he is rude and does not appreciate the fact that his customers keep him in business.  I have referred neighbors to him mainly because his price beats others on the lake.   That said, I won't pay him another nickel to take care of my boat.  I'll look for a mechanic who appreciates me as a customer and values the fact that I provide income to help pay his bills.
