I had been waiting for almost 2 wks for the parts to be ordered and received. I had to call to check to see if they had received the parts because no one called me. I was told that they had the parts for a couple of days and they could start working on the car, so I dropped it off. Called on 2/26 ,for status and was told they had not started on the car yet!!!!!! Now I'm getting a survey on a repair job that haven't even been started yet. Not to mention that this is the 5th time in the past 90 days that I had to return my car for the same issue that has never been repaired!!!!

I came in due to a constant whining sound of the motor. I explained my issue and provided video. I left the car there two days, they put a bunch of over-priced not 100% necessary parts on the car and double charged for oil. No, the whining noise was never from a rubbing bolt on the rotor. I approved the quotes and would just deal with the pricing because I assumed that it would actually fix the problem and give me peace of mind. It did NOT. I still have the same problem. I let them know and they quoted me more labor fees. C'mon, as car people this was ridiculous. Do better.
Took my family's Lexus in under referral that these guys were speciali... read more Took my family's Lexus in under referral that these guys were specialist, it was for an accident problem and for the first week there was communication but then just kept getting thrown for a loop for what's going on. Over 4 months they had the car, looked at it then went out of town.. They eventually moved on and fixed others vehicles that was brought in after ours and could barely get in touch with anyone. They tried to charge me for a diagnostic and a hour labor to figure out why the AC wasn't working, once I came to pick it up they still didn't have the AC working and I had more warning lights on the dash then what I had before. Even tho they decided not to charge for the labor, I'm highly disappointed in them and wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here
