Ford service near Snellville, GA

Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush . Had my windows tinted last year and the drivers side window was pealing up from the bottom, I have a very busy schedule and it was nearly six months later. I thought they would give me a hard time, but rather all I had to do was show my receipt and they took care of it on the spot. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! I'll be back for more work

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

EXCELLENT Shop in All regards, Courteous, Technically Excellent, Fast and Cost Competitive Service. We were in the ATL area visiting family and had a recurring electrical short draining battery that had been investigated in home state by 2 other 'good' shops without success. So I initially picked them from Web from previous good experiences with other Midas shops. However, these guys proved to be the BEST auto service Quality I've ever received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
