They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

During a huge storm the wipers on my BMW X5 stopped working an hour away from home. I saw the sign for Car Tech and pulled in. The owner and his assistant dropped what they were doing and came over to assist me. I thought I had blown a fuse but they quickly identified the problem as a blocked wiper linkage and took the cowling off and fixed it. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road. I have never had a BMW dealer show this amount of expertise or professionalism and although they are an hour away, I will return for work and service on both my BMWs. Amazing service and kindness

This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

Excellent automotive shop. I work on my own vehicles and don't like mechanic shops. But when I have to use a mechanic I love Apollon. They are always honest and very fair. I saw the sign for a free brake inspection so I stopped in (they've been squeaking). The manager - Gerry, took the time to explain to me the differences for the various pads. He also showed me the pads that were on my car and the uneven wear indicating rotors. I decided to take care of everything - rotors and pads. So grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!!!
