I visited Circle august 13,2012 @ 1406 S Beretania about 12midnight, My moped tire rear was deflated, so I purchase a can of tire seal for abouty $13:00dollars, Only to find a slash on the side of my tire, I was also carring grocery that needed to be in the frigerator. No tow truck or friends couldn't help me. As a customer, I ask the store clerk if I could leave my Moped on there property until in the morning for me to get parts or help in removingh my moped, the clerk refuse for me doing so and suggested that I leave it on the street. it was very disapointing that my request was refuse as a customer. I could never go back to a circle k gas station again, as fraustrated I was in the middle of the night and tired from work. This morning I called Circle k store to file a complaint, (cary)
gave me the Main office Number (849-8544)and its was a record number out of service, I ask for a manager on duty and she said to call tomorrow morning to speak to manager about my comlaint. Again I called back cary and inform her that she gave me the wrong number, She stated that was the gas station number and Don't Know the circle K main office and Only the Manager knows its contact... :( I was very Unsatified and dissapointed of how much care circle k care for there customers. I have alot of client tell and friends and I will assure my experience with this gas station convenience store will be told and never to go to this Gas station convenience Store ever again.
