My daughter, a college student, had a minor issue with her car and was... read more My daughter, a college student, had a minor issue with her car and was afraid she could not drive it back home to the Twin Cities. She stopped in and Doug put her car on the lift and resolved the issue well enough for her to get home. He did this on the spot and didn't ask my daughter to pay anything. Doug went above and beyond what my daughter expected and what I was hoping for and I will be a client as long as my daughter is in Ames. It would have been very easy for Doug to take advantage of someone that has absolutely no knowledge of vehicles but instead he helped her out of a jam and expected nothing in return.
