I once took my vehicle in for an oil change, and they told me that my Manifold was cracked and needed replaced. They wanted over $300. I went to have it done somewhere else cheaper, and found out that there was NOT a crack in my manifold! The bracket that holds the muffler on my truck broke. Instead of them properly fixing it, they instead used a piece of wire to hold it up and charged me $85. A week later the wire broke, and THEN they actually got the replacement bracket for it, and still charged me another $50. Please note, I did not know that they just used wire the first time! That was a very expensive wire! IF you need an oil change, and inspection is fine, but I would go elsewhere for anything else. They seem to be too interested in drinking the beer in the back than doing their job properly. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

He lets me know what needs to be done right away, what doesn't need to be done now but will need to be done eventually, and what doesn't need to be done but that I might consider. He knows my financial situation and bases his suggestions around that. I can't recommend him strongly enough. Even though I no longer live in the Tower Grove area, I've kept him as my primary mechanic for nearly all my car needs.

The guy that works in the garage needs help with his people skills and an attitude adjustment. Could not calmly tell me where to park for service. Had to be belligerent & very rude to me. I walked into the office for answers since I didn't appreciate the mans ignorance. After walking inside the office lady wasn't much better so I left. BANKRUPTCY IS IMMINENT if they don't come out of this rut. I've been told they are very raciest but I am white and from Columbia so I have no idea. With the amount of other garages in Columbia, it's not hard to find another one.
