He even reset the maintenance warning in my wife's Lexus which I fully expected a non-Lexus dealership mechanic to miss. Completely reasonable and transparent pricing. No attempted upsells of marginally valuable additional services. I'm really not sure how much more you could ask of a small local shop. He's flexible, does what he says he'll do, and makes sure there's no surprises. If you are local, you'd be crazy not to at least give a Chuck a call. Nick Blawat

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop . They don't care and they are very dishonest !!!!!!!! I told my husband to take it to a place we've dealt with for years on Harlem ave he went here because the insurance co recommend it and after dealing with them going back and forth on three different occasions for a simple fender bender and a outside mirror why? they couldn't match up the color is beyond me I have no clue....Just Unbelievable how Sloppy the work is !!!!
