They have never promoted unnecessary repairs. At times I have asked if we should do some repair on the car (noise on parking brake releasing when car moves) and Rick explains that there is no need to "fix" it unless it bothers me. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I never knew they are PERILLO SAAB I thought all SAAB dealerships went out of business. Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought.
