Owner denied the damaged and argued with me that he didn't see it happen so he was not liable. Once I mentioned legal action he agreed to fix the damage. Squeaky brakes were to be fixed but they still squeak and the fuel sensor installed was a quick fix since it works part of the time. Do not want to take it back for resolution since body damage is possible.

I will take my business elsewhere and so will my family. I asked to put up a poster for the grade school play. Your answer was no.(cost nothing) I asked if you would like to put an ad in the program booklet you said no.(cost 15.00) Keep in mind almost every kid or parent from this school has shopped at your location. The kids from the school also provided community service for this location by picking up trash around your building for several years now. Well you can be sure that will be re-considered. I will definitely be telling people how you do not give back to the community. We own a c-store in Bonne Terre Mo. We sponsor 3 local softball teams, a race car and support the local schools and much more... Now that is giving back to the community! Bad decision circle k! Your thoughts?
