Mike immediately got me in, repaired my tire, and told me about their other services, including their thorough check-overs with oil changes and the discounts you receive with each oil change. I took my car back to them and both he and Jennifer are super nice, they explain things in a way anyone can understand, the shop is reasonably priced, and they do great work.

The people were very friendly and easy to work with. They were also honest (a rare trait in auto mechanics) advising me that some of the maintenance tasks I mentioned weren't actually necessary at this time. And when a part didn't arrive in time to be installed, they gave me a loaner car to use overnight. I didn't have to miss a single day of work. Great experience!
I had my car inspected there the end of September for the mandatory st... read more I had my car inspected there the end of September for the mandatory state inspection - it passed flying colors... now two months later - I'm told the brakes and struts need to be totally re-done because there's no pad left on the brakes and they are dangerous....... TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!!
