They have never promoted unnecessary repairs. At times I have asked if we should do some repair on the car (noise on parking brake releasing when car moves) and Rick explains that there is no need to "fix" it unless it bothers me. Matt and the rest of the staff are friendly, caring and most importantly honest in meeting your needs without overselling or over inflating their prices. I purchased a starter for my mercedes truck after serveral online sear... read more I purchased a starter for my mercedes truck after serveral online searches i spoke with joe & he assured me that the smart starter is the way to go. i read the online reviews of the company & they had a good rep. i dropped my vehicle off & my ride fell through, so Joe offered me a ride to work. I was absolutely floured of the customer service this shop had. As promised after 3 hours on my lunch break i picked up my car washed vacuumed & working perfect. I definitely recommend this place!
