He was great to deal with on top of the fact that I couldn't be happier with how my car turned out. I had some chips in my paint, a dent on my trunk and I curbed my rim a couple of weeks ago. His price was really competitive and even though I told him it was ok if it took him more than the day to get to it he made sure it was done when he said it would be. The guy that he had working on my rim was very good too...I'm looking for where I curbed the wheel and I still can't find it. Thanks again, Bill!

He must feel pretty good about himself bullying a woman so his car wash doesn't have to pay for the damage it's done to my car. Men keep your wives safe this man is dangerous. I've never been spoken to this way EVER! As a company you should be ashamed of yourselves for even allowing this man to be on site. I understand he's a repeat offender. I will spread the word as I hope no other woman or other gender ever has to experience what I did today.
My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived ... read more My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived in my car since my fiancé passed in April of last year, so it was in dire need! I bought a groupon for an auto detail and I wasn't expecting much after my friends got theirs done somewhere else. I took it to QAR and KC took care of me. He looked at my cars condition and told me how the groupon only covered 3 hours of work and my car needed at least a day! I explained my situation and asked him to do the best he could with what I had. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much, I was just happy it would be cleaner. They took the car warning me that, they'll only have time for the inside, but KC came in and told me that they would buff and wax it as well since winter was coming. He was really a great business man and even batter man. He made sure I was happy with everything, even offered me coffee and checked up on me occasionally. When I got to my car, I was surprised with how it looked! You could tell they're perfectionists, cause they got every little nook and cranny and every stain I figured would still be there were gone! My car looks and smells amazing, like new! I'm impressed, that was a hard job, but they took the time they needed and pulled it off. I would recommend them for everything cause he showed me that he had pride in his work and services and that means a lot to me and my car. Y. Flores
