While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well. A maintenance message had been triggered the day before. Brad looked up my RAV4 maintenance history, which documented the vehicle required a lube, oil, filter and tire rotation. Doing and inspection they found some other stuff that was that was wrong. Turn out she had a bent lower tie rod. And a bad front axle shaft. He told me when she drove the car the steering wheel is cock to the left. They were able to fix it that day and save us a lot of time and money. They did an excellent job and I recommend anybody to go to these guys.
