The $8 car wash is certainly not worth the price.  The brushes do not come down to clean the hood, windshield, top or trunk of the car.  The machine is probably just very old as it stops mid way through to 'rest' - 3 times - and then restarts.  Very disappointing and very expensive for what you get.
