He is a kind, trustworthy man who will help you get the cheapest service possible for your situation. If he can fix your radiator, he will. If he can’t fix it (it’s too old and leaking), he will put a new one in for a very reasonable price. We plan to go in next week for my other daughter’s car.
After spending almost a $1000.00 on my car last week I had another iss... read more After spending almost a $1000.00 on my car last week I had another issue that led me to Sander's. I was told they "will treat you right". Well, I found out that if I had went to Sander's to begin with, my cost would had been less than half of what I had already spent. I talked to the gentleman and told him my issue and COMPLAINED that I had already spent so much money on this car that I was sick of it and said too, that I had lost my job and my unemployment benefits wasn't covering ANYTHING xtra. He was so nice to me. He said, " leave your car and let us check it out for you". I ask him about the cost and he gave me a fair price. Upon picking the car up, I went to pay for services and he said,no, you drive it and make sure you are happy with the repair first.( I had told him that I had went to a shop for repair with a cost of almost a $1000.00 and the work was incomplete.) I couldn't believe he was doing this! He trusted me and let me leave without paying. This is unheard of. Well, my car is running fine and I am going to pay my bill. I wish I could afford a big ole'fat tip ! In the future I will go to Sander's for all repairs and so will my friends and family.
