I live out of state.  I had to change the title on my deceased mother's car into my name in order to sell or donate it.  The Louisiana DMV had been frustrating me by erecting roadblocks preventing me from accomplishing this simple, straightforward task for months.  

I was advised by a notary that I should go to Jefferson Title.  I did and in less than 24 hours, I had the new title.  Within a few hours of getting the title, I needed to have the back of it notarized in order to donate the car, so I was again at Jefferson Title.  I was leaving town early the next morning, so it was imperative that I get the necessary donation paperwork done fast.  They took care of EVERYTHING regarding the donation and did it in a matter of minutes.
