Even offered to pick it up at my home and complete the bill of sale. At 6 am, he emails me that before they pick up my truck, he couldn't pay the $14,500. He "just got new data" this morning that puts the value of my truck at $14,000. Take it or leave it. I told him I would rather take less from an ethical dealer than accept his sleezy sales tactics. He then hung up. BE CAREFUL OF THIS CROOK!! IVE REPORTED THIS UNETHICAL SALES TACTIC TO THE BBB.

Their customer service is unlike no other. They took so many extra leaps to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Down to earth and dedicated group. They stayed until 12:00 midnight for me (including the General Manager, Jared), who is such a great example to his team. A great review does not even do this place justice. Oh, and I failed to mention the absolutely beautiful (and fully equipped, thanks to them) 2014 Passat that I am now a proud driver of!
