I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.
