The employees are kind, professional and beyond helpful. My insurance company was ignorant of the claims process - Action Collision was patient and kind in helping them get things processed smoothly. Had 1 small issue a few months later and they were quick to set up a appointment and fix the problem. Would give them a 5 out of 5.

The front desk(Amy, I believe) was both curteous and helpful setting up my appointment and making arrangements with my insurance company. The technician(John Morse) was polite, quick and answered all of my questions regarding the replacement. I had a similar experience last year when my wife's windshield needed to be replaced. I want to thank you both for your professionalism and will recommend you to my friends who need auto glass replacement services. -Michael Daniliuk
