My biggest complaint is I made an appointment I believe monday for a 8am appointment on Thursday. I arrived on time. When I went to the shop to check on my car around 3:00pm they had not taken it in. They told me they were busy and other cats had came in. I feel my tile slot should have been honored and they should have taken my car in as scheduled. They did not start my car until the following day, and never notified me of this, if I didn't go down to the shop I would not have found out.

When I expressed disappointment with this I was told that scheduling an appointment doesn't guarantee your car will be looked at that day, how could you not explain that BEFORE I dropped my car off. In addition, $125 is an OUTRAGEOUS price for swapping out tires. If not already clear, I will not be returning.
