Emissions testing service near Saugus, MA

I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!

Bad experience.. go anywhere else!!

i told my boyfriend to find a good pricing for his paint job on his honda hatchback he found these ppl that charged us a goood deal....he offered us a good deal on the car he told us a week and when we took the car to him one day he did not touch the till tuesday of the following week, its almost been 2 wks and he still isnt done they might do the job good but they do not have good timing...never again will i go to them

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. I spent about 10 years of my life going from one mechanic to another before coming to this place. It is family owned and gives you 50s customer service. I trust them implicitly with my car repairs. Which I have a lot of considering I go from one 100+ thousand mile to another they help keep them on the road for me so that I can keep working. They always explain everything they do and give options. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Barry Roth and his team provided great service for my '98 M3 Cabrio for years. It was a perfect car, and they helped me keep it that way. When I decided to upgrade, Barry knew I wanted a Carrera 4 and located one for me a few months back. The car's in great shape, and the transaction was straight-forward, no BS, no extra charges, no hassle. Even though I have moved out of state, I plan to make the trip to Medway to have Barry's team service the Carrera and would recommend them without hesitation.

Very affordable and excellent workmanship,they are very polite and easy to talk I would recommend everyone to go to see them for work on there car's and truck I give them a thumbs up . I am very happy with there work, Thank you .

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

The customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. They initially told me that there was nothing wrong, they called me later on after they had done their homework and said that they had figured out what the problem was, they also told me that if I had any other issues to bring it back to them in a heartbeat.
