The adhesive they used wasnt properly applied to the clips of my windows. The shop associate couldn't give me and exact time frame on their window warranty. After their faulty clips broke on my window they want me to purchase a new window for $200 and told me there was nothing they could do for me. All i asked for was new clips and now they want to replace my entire window. Im extremely disappointed
We were very disappointed with our experience and the lack of professi... read more We were very disappointed with our experience and the lack of professionalism with this company. We had our back window of our van replaced while we were on vacation. We paid in advance since we could not be there when the work was done. When we returned home, we discovered that the back of the van was not shutting properly. We asked the company to come out and take a look as we had discovered part of the panel that was removed for repair had not been put back on properly. The owner of the company came to our home and was so rude and condescending that my husband asked him to leave. I am just appalled that the owner of a company would treat customers in this manner instead of working collaboratively on a solution that would have made both parties happy.
