The owner, Abe Rhodes, has decades of experience with all kinds of motorcycles, and takes the kind of care with yours that makes you almost weep. Prices are way too low, he works well into the night and Saturdays, and does his best to make all his customers happy. Abe is also known as the DR Guy for his love and knowledge of Suzuki Dr 650s. Thanks to Abe I have 64,000 miles on mine and except for the occasional flat never had a mechanical issue. Do not go there, he needs time to ride once in a while!
This is the worst place to go...they charge customers for things that ... read more This is the worst place to go...they charge customers for things that are by the state illegal to charge for...they are very high in their prices...they have people working there that don't even have their notary license, which is illegal...they make up rules as they go...I would never ever reccomend this place to anyone for tag and title work...i don't much care for Runkle's but i would go there way before i would ever go back to WRS...the charge for a simple notary stamp is $5.00 for the first and only $2.00 for any additional...they are charging $5.00 for each one...also illegal as a business...horrible business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased $3000 worth of parts, my insurance paid out $5000. but because the bike had a lien, I had to give the insurance check to the shop.(at the time i didn't know any better) Was bad from the start. No communication, they ignored my every request on things I wanted ordered. wrong brand of tire, ignored my request for new grips with no explanation, and did not order the new pulley at all, they TOLD me that they did. they also said that they ordered a pulley from another company since they couldn't get a good one, from my company. I was literally dumbfounded, I had called both places and neither company had ever heard of Action cycles. Action cycles lied to my face, and it they didn't even have the respect to make up a good one, something that i couldn't verify with a simple phone call. to make matters worse it took almost a year for them to complete what work they did. I only have 250 words but believe there is much much more, quality of the work was terrible, at least 1/3 of what I requested to be done wasn't, and of course they kept every dime of that insurance check. even though I provided almost all of the parts (my insurance company was fine with this BTW, I checked beforehand). I should have gotten at least 2 grand back, but they didn't even give me a written invoice. And I got a ticket on the way home.. badly wired new tag holder blew a fuse, killed my lights. DON'T TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT
