Liar and doesn't know anything about vehicles repair. Took for a tune up and got home my vehicle parts was missing. Turn out he charge me for parts and never installed them. Please explain to me how can it be my fault if I pay for parts and services and never got them installed? If you take your vehicle there please pray before driving off. Been going to him for over years everything I come there it's a person yelling at him for messing up their car. His own mechanics stated don't trust him and suggest we take our vehicle some where else. If his mechanics telling you this then what? You have been warned. Deserves a half star.   • The Services provided seem adequate and the pricing fair, however the ... read more The Services provided seem adequate and the pricing fair, however the customer service was extremely poor. After picking up my car I discovered that my radio was no longer working (it was working fine when dropped off). So I returned to shop to ask them to take a look at it, figured they just needed to maybe reconnedt wire or something small. When I politely approached the mechanic he instantly started shaking his head no and insisting that he did nothing to the radio, he also said maybe it was time for a new one. He dismiss me as if I were nothing and certainly not a valued customer. I have been a consumer for over 30 years and this type of treatment was one of the worst experiences. I felt unappreciated as a consumer and not even worthy of any type of empathy regarding the lost of my radio. He treated me as if I was lying about the whole scenario. Lastly, I truly feel had I been a man or a white person (yes a white person) he would not have treated me so harshly.
