They came out the next day to give me an estimate. Since the girl on the phone had asked me the approximate size when I called, the service guy brought some stock sizes of replacement glass with him. It happened that I had a stock size door and so they were able to replace it right then. Great service all the way around, on the phone and at my house! I would definitely use them in the future!
