There are inconsistency between statements for availability and prices... read more There are inconsistency between statements for availability and prices given on the website, on the phone, upon arrival, and after service for the same service. The repair were done right but kept haggling with prices (as if originally quoted prices were not effective) before the repair and tried to sell other services after I brought the price down for what was originally stated as a guanranteed price for the service. It was a lot of headache and time consuming.

As usual, I received first rate service from the team at Georgetown Au... read more As usual, I received first rate service from the team at Georgetown Auto Service. The entire team are focused, in my view, on ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied with their work and they go out of their way to accomplish that. In my particular case, the team came by to give me a jump and then ended up driving the car to the repair shop which allowed me to focus on other important issues. I love my BMW Z4 and know that when it does visit the team at Georgetown Auto Service it is in excellent hands.
