The owner, Drew, as well as the staff are very knowledgable about this business, and are great people persons with excellent customer service. I was there to get my fog lights replaced, and he was able to do it to my liking. I'm coming back next week to get my headlights done and I have full confidence that they'll take good care of my car.

We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! Worst car wash experience ever. ... read more IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! Worst car wash experience ever. I live in the NYC area and get car washes here without a problem. I went to this location on December 26 because the exterior was dirty and I only got the exterior wash. As I drove away from the location, a piece of metal broke away from the door frame and started flapping in the breeze. When I stopped and got out about a block away to assess the damage, not only was the car still filthy, but I saw that the entire piece of metal which helps seal the car doors was now bent back and unfixable. Filled out the report and was told they would call. They didn't - and I waited 2 weeks because I was cognizant that during the holidays things might be slower. I finally called thema nd the person in charge had already left at 3 pm. Took them 2 days to call back. When they finally did, they said since the damage was "molding," they would not cover. I wrote an email yesterday morning asking them to reconsider and get back to me in 24 hours. I'm still waiting....... WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!
