Too expensive. Replaced my radiator and said they would flush the coolant and add more when I checked my coolant, it was low and not replaced and still charged me for it.

I asked them the check out my brakes because they were squeaking and to see if they can figure out why my car sounds rough when it runs. The technicians were honest that the brake pads did not need replacement as they were just rusty. The transmission flush has made a positive difference with the way my car runs and shifts. Overall, excellent experience.

The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. Paid $460 for repairs and the didn't put engine cover back on ended up filing a complain with the BBB of Minnesota

I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. My 93 GMC 1/2 Ton 4x4 started losing fluid - brought it in to Transworks and they took good care of me!!! (Turns out transmission likely overheated - they went through cooling system, checked condition of transmission fluid.)
