I went to buy a truck from Bob Owen and took my jeep in for trade and when barganing the trade value of my jeep he used the bluebook price instead of the price on the sticker to try make the numbers look like I was getting more for my trade than I really was. Also the truck I was interested in wasn't there because one of the people that work there was using it for " personal use". The trucks the staff use for "personal use" are filled with their personal items coffee cups coats and such the trucks their using are dirty and not well maintained by the people using them. I will not be recommending Bob Owen auto to anyone! Though they seemed nice they didn't seem very professional and they didn't give me the feeling of honesty.
