During consignment inspection several issues were identified so picked up boat to fix myself. Discovered cowling was cracked so call Kyle, service manager. Kyle said damage was there when inspection work was done. When questioned next day Kyle tells me they have video of boat arrival and departure and no damage was on cowling either time. Have not been allowed to see video. New cowling costs around $1,000! My history has been excellent in the past with Ocean Marine so this treatment was a real surprise. If I’m allowed to see video and find this review in error will update review promptly. Let’s see if they have the courage to show me the video.
