I fully expected to get a phone call telling me that all kinds of other work needed to be done. Even though I realize that would have been true, I just wanted my car fixed and back on the road with the issue at hand being repaired. He was able to quote me a price over the phone and he stuck to it. Even though it's a little bit of a drive, I will definitely use him again and I highly recommend him to my friends and family! I went to this company bcuz it was referred by a friend. This company ... read more I went to this company bcuz it was referred by a friend. This company told me that they were good, christisn people and would do the job right. I was given a 1 year warranty on the work. Then 3 months later, a bombshell hit. My car went out of gear as I was cruising down parkway. I called they came and got it told me that they fixed the problem, and a week later same problem.sent it back to then another week, when it was returned it ran 4 days and I had to call again. After picking it up this time, it nade it home, I didnt drive for a few days due to fear, went to warm it up, and it wouldn't get out of park. They finally told me my pump was bad. I later found out that it should have been replaced or repaired during the rebuild. Not very Godly to me. I feel that Mr. Bill should have called me and told me that. Or let me know up front it was more work than he anticipated, and let ne decide if I wanted to pay more not do a shabby job, and then stop fixing it all together
