One of the worst experiences we have had with a business.  Not only did he take our money and run but he left us with a sorely defective shower that now has to be replaced.  We should have read the internet reviews before hiring him because they are all terrible and describe his business practices to a T.  He promises you everything, delivers nothing.  As others have done before, we are going to take him to court.  We aren't giving up until we not only get our money back but also what it cost us to replace the shower he ruined that did not need replacing before he got his hands on it.  A very disreputable business person.  Read the reviews, you will not use Gary Willis, the tub doctor.  If you have had a bad experience with this guy, post it and we will get together.

Avoid Gary Willis aka The Tub Doctor. If the shoddy work he did on our tub is typical of his work, save your $$ and use someone else. Would not come back to correct runs & cracks in his finish.
