I have used Ed’s Tire for many years. They were dependable and consist... read more I have used Ed’s Tire for many years. They were dependable and consistent. I recently had an issue with a vehicle so we took it to Ed’s. Apparently the shop is now owned by a new company and they charge way more than before. They fixed one of the issues without telling me what it was and charged way more than I was expecting. I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future.

Manager gave him attitude because I did not want to proceed and that I need to pay diagnosis fee, which the fee was not mention when I called to let her know. It was no issue with paying the fee but the comments that was said because I refused service. I had repairs done from this location that took over 2 days to get done, when I was told different but I didn’t show attitude about it. This location was very convenient for me because I can walk to work but I do not see myself going to this location anymore because of this incident.
