Inability to diagnose the problem also lead to further mechanical damage on the car requiring additional repairs. Had to take my Honda to another shop to correctly diagnose and fix the problems. Customer service was mediocre to poor. Price was fair considering they charged the normal going rate for a diagnosis, only problem is they failed to accurately diagnose the problem. I do not recommend this shop.

Went out of their way to help us by providing roadside assistance and trying to get us on our way. They even let us hookup to water and power and stay in the RV at their shop while they made the repairs (and fed us supper). After we were on the road and had more mechanical breakdowns, they coached us via phone until we made it to our destination. I highly recommend this family owned business. They took a true interest in our safety and travel plans. Thank you so much to all the staff at Vickers!!
