I purchased my car there less than a year ago and have been to the service department 3-4 times so far, after purchasing the oil change package with the purchase of my car. Oil changes have taken 2+ hours, the first time I was there they could not rotate my tires because they didn't have the key to unlock them -- something that they said they would need to get from the Hyundai dealer about a block away. Phone calls go unreturned; every time I've had to call to schedule a service it takes a minimum of 2-3 calls before anyone returns my call. I did finally start scheduling oil changes through the web site. For several defects and manufacturer recalls (under warranty) the service manager (who knew exactly what the issues were) passed me off to the service lane manager for scheduling an appointment. When I was finally able to get in for that appointment, I was told that I had to take my vehicle to the Hyundai dealership. They didn't offer to drive it to the dealership for me (again, a block away) or offer anything beyond a "really sorry." If I had to purchase another vehicle I would NOT go to Hendrick Pre-Owned JUST because of their service department! And, everytime I've been there I've heard other people complaining about similar issues -- taking too much time, confusion over scheduling, etc.
