He asked me where was my NC waiver sticker which was located in the front windshield. Then he took a photo of my waiver document which was strange, he didn’t really give a clear answer. After waiting for over an hour paying $34 I was told that my from and side windows was too dark. He could have said that prior to doing anything, I would respect them and came back. But now, the star rating is a one instead of higher. But of course, my opinion may not matter. If they text me the survey I will send.

    Took my car in when it failed to start and I had to get a jump. They d... read more Took my car in when it failed to start and I had to get a jump. They diagnosed a dead battery and when I questioned if they also checked the starter and alternator, Tony copped an attitude with me and even told me I could take it somewhere else to be looked at. I told him to replace the battery and also could he do an oil change and tire rotation and he said yes. When I went to pick up the car and Christina told me what was done she only said battery replacement and oil change, not tire rotation and when I asked her if it was done, she said if I asked for it, then it was done even though they didn’t charge me so I asked her to check with the mechanic who came up front and said no one told him to do a tire rotation, so he didn’t do it. Also, they emailed me a six page courtesy digital vehicle inspection with pictures of my car’s various parts and nothing is checked. There’s an inspection rating key that’s supposed to say if the item is OK, if it requires attention or if it requires immediate attention and nothing was checked. When I took it in at the time I picked up my car and I questioned Christina about it, she said if nothing was checked, then that meant everything was OK which I highly doubt is the truth. After I paid for everything and took my car home days later when I actually looked at the invoice they charged me $47 for a tire protection plan even though they did nothing with my tires. When I called about it I spoke to Christina who said I shouldn’t have been charged for it and that she couldn’t do a refund without me coming in with my credit card so then I had to take off from work to go back to get my refund. I paid $567 for a new battery and an oil change and I will never go back.
