I will never EVER trust this dealership with anything and I will spread the word and report them to the BBB. I called these monkey's up asking for a free collision estimate on my 05 convertible. The idiot tells me "Sure come on in, itll be free and itll take 15 minutes". Sounds good so I go, driving 40 minutes on the highway to get to them. I get there and I'm greeted by this hussy in a short skirt. She takes photos of the car and then orders me to fork out 50$, i told her i was told it was free, she laughed. This is the kind of incompetent talking legs they hire here at mercedes? Run by old greedy farts and young hussies.
