If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. They charged $75 for the oil change because the car requires synthetic oil. Found out that a Ford dealer charges $33 for an oil change also using synthetic oil. What a rip-off - and Lube Express suggested that the oil be changed again after 3,000 miles, when the owner's manual calls for it at 7,500 mile intervals. What a disgrace - they expect a customer to spend $75 for an oil change every 3,000 miles. These theives have lost a customer.
