We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Tried to set up appointment for several weeks only for owner to schedule, then cancel, or tell me he needed to call me back to confirm, then never bothered to do so. I was always very polite when I called, even when I was thoroughly annoyed at shoddy treatment I received to that point. Final straw was the last time I tried to call when the owner hung up on me after I said who was calling. Completely ignorant and disrespectful for no reason. I wanted to give the guy my business b/c he quoted me a decent price, but I'd rather pay a little more to have someone who knows how to keep a simple appointment. Can't speak to technical skills, but customer service is horrendous. Do business with only if you like wasting your time and being treated as unimportant.
