So we called Tumino's Towing and spoke with a manager named Charlie Hruska who advised us to bring the vehicle down to his shop and have his mechanic look at the car. Once the vehicle was brought there charlie had Frank Dragotto, the Service Department Manager bring the car in the their shop, put it on a lift to examine the damages and advised Charlie that the tie rod and other damages were made to the vehicle during the tow. Charlie then told us he would repair the vehicle and just needs to order the BMW parts and come back on Monday. So we return on Monday and speak with Frank and told him we would like bmw authorized shop to do repairs. Once we told them this Charlie refused to speak to us, refused to provide insurance info, acted unprofessional and like total jerk. We then asked to speak to John Tomino the owner and after waiting an hour we decided to get their insurance info from the town. Now im going back and forth with insurance company because they will not return the agents calls to confirm damges. terrible company, would never pay them to tow anything, not even if it was a junked car. And their customer service is lousy. Beware.

The vehicle was released and towed back to our residence on Tuesday May 31, 2011. The next day when my wife wanted to drive the car she noticed a bunch of indicator light were going off, the steering wheel was crooked and the car drove weird, so we contacted Tumino's Towing and spoke with a manager named Charlie Hruska who advised us to bring the vehicle down to his shop and have his mechanic look at the car. Once the vehicle was brought there Frank Dragotto, the Service Department Manager brought the car in the shop, put it on a lift to examine the damages and advised Charlie that the tie rod and other damages were made to the vehicle during the tow. Charlie then told us he would repair the vehicle and just needs to order the BMW parts and come back on Monday June 6, 2011. So we return on Monday and spoke with the service department manager Frank Dragotto and advised him we feel more comfortable of BMW repaired the car since they were not BMW certified mechanics and could void the warranty on the car. So we asked to speak to Charlie so we could get Tomino's insurance information and Frank returned saying he will not speak to us and will give us nothing. Acted totally unprofessional and then we asked the secretary if we could speak to Charlie's boss (the owner) John Tumino. After waiting an hour and John not responding to our request to speak with him we decided to go the City where the car was towed and obtain the insurance information ourselves. It took sometime but we were able to locate the company and submit the claim for damages made to or car. This company is a discrace
