Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. A car just rear ended me and I ended up going through the other person's insurance. I was recommended to go to Joe's Auto Body in East Orange by their insurance company, as it was very close to where I live. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glen and his staff, from Joe's Auto Body. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had a person from enterprise pick me up. My car was in the shop for a total of two days. Every day I would receive an email with a picture of my car and what they were doing at that time. I thought this was awesome, and honestly, I never heard of any other shop doing this. My car was a mess, I dropped it off the morning I got back from New Hampshire, I was rather embarrassed about how messy it was. I was shocked the day I picked it up from Joe's. It had been completely detailed and cleaned. It must have taken them a good couple of hours to just clean and wash everything. I recommend Joe's Auto Body to everyone!! I will certainly be going back for any maintenance I need done in the future!
