Don't go by any of the positive reviews for this shop since they are outdated due to new ownership which changed hands a year ago or so. Also don't get fooled by the few accolades hanging in their walls inside the shop since they too belong to the previous owner. The new owner David is a pathological liar the likes of which I have not dealt with in my entire life. He will have one excuse after another as to why the work was not completed or whose fault it is. My contractor had ordered 6 tempered glass cabinet shelves for my new kitchen cabinets in early September and to this day there have been excuses after excuses why there is a delay even though my contractor paid him the entire amount for the work. I'm not going to go into much detail about how horrible and unprofessional this entity is. All I've to say is that anyone looking into doing business with this place have been forewarned.

Without a doubt the worst merchant in Red Bank. Avoid at all costs! ... read more Without a doubt the worst merchant in Red Bank. Avoid at all costs! Customer service is not a term they have ever heard of. After waiting 10 days for a simple storm window replacement, they could not initially find the window, insulted us for their incompetence at losing the window. After we calmly asked if this was how they treated all customers. They used profanity and then ripped the new glass out of the frame, bent the frame and threw it at us. I have never seen anything like! Definitely they need anger management classes. DO NOT GO THERE. I wish I had read the other review first!!! Avoid at all costs!
