Paul promised to get scratches out for $150 when he finished, I showed him all of the scratches he convinced me he could get out. His only response was, " oh, those areas need to be painted" Called detailer in Westfield, Greenbrook, North Plainfield & they all said $100 for the exterior. Had my male co-worker call Posh & was told $155 for both interior & exterior. $100 for Exterior only. A new BMW, owned by a man, received both interior & exterior with 3 hours of detailing for much much less. Drove to Posh & informed manager (Steve) that l was over charged b/c the going rate was $100 for the exterior. He told me, he doesn't base his prices on the "going rate" in the area. I explained, my male co-worker called Posh, & was told $155 for both interior & exterior & $100 for exterior for the same size car. He said it starts at $100 & can go up. I said, u never told my co-worker that. Manager Steve has the worst attitude. Customer service means nothing to this business only cares about $$$$$
I have been going to Wayne Auto Spa on the monthly platinum plan since... read more I have been going to Wayne Auto Spa on the monthly platinum plan since mid July. I was satisfied with the service. I purchased the monthly auto-renewable plan for approximately 75.00 a month (Platinum). As of August 12th, I paid the fee on my credit card. A couple of days later, I informed the clerk at the desk that I would not need the September to October plan and to please suspend it for that month, since I would be away for most of it. I told her I intended to renew the plan when I returned. I returned to have my car washed on the 30th of August. I was informed that my plan was cancelled, which was NOT my intent. On top of that they washed my car without my permission while I went into the shop to straighten the problem out. The owner was very rude and told me I had not cancelled in time. I informed him I did not want to cancel and that I still had until Sept 12th to use the current plan that I had paid for. By then they had washed my car and then charged me full price for a platinum wash. The owner then proceeded to sit in my car and attempt to impound it because I did not want to pay for a wash that should have been included in that month's plan. He then would not let me pay with another credit card and insisted on cash. These are disreputable, rude and deceptive business practices and I intend to call the bank to register a charge of business fraud against my account. Suffice to say, with practices like that, they won't be in business very long.
